GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, OHIO — Clean Margin Music has officially signed Cristofaro as the label’s first artist, establishing a permanent home for a catalog built from cinematic emotion, melodic rap, cloud-rap atmosphere, and autobiographical storytelling.

The signing brings together a new independent Ohio label and an artist whose work is defined by the same values: precision, intention, and truth. Cristofaro’s music moves between operating-room pressure and late-night confession, turning surgical lights, scientific imagery, transatlantic distance, hard-earned confidence, and personal transformation into records that feel intimate without ever sounding small.

Cristofaro’s growing catalog already demonstrates a rare range. Variables & Voice Notes pairs a six-track EP with a companion memoir, preserving one season of pressure, distance, trust, and creative return. “No Audition” strips away performance in favor of emotional honesty. “Ascension” turns long hours and ambition into proof, while the Kayla-assisted duets “All Mine” and “Real Thing” transform an Ohio-to-Dublin connection into melodic conversation.
